Do I need to own a washing machine?
No. Starter partners get a quality machine and dryer on easy credit, recovered from earnings over 12 months.
How much space do I need?
A balcony or 4×6 ft utility area works. We help you plan the layout during the home visit.
Is this a franchise — do I pay a fee?
No franchise fee. ZyWash earns a commission per order; you keep 60–75% of the order value depending on tier.
How are orders assigned?
Orders within a 3 km radius of your home are routed to you based on your set capacity and availability.
Who handles pickup and delivery?
Our delivery partners. You only wash, dry, fold, and pack — everything else is on us.
When do I get paid?
Weekly bank transfer every Monday for the previous week's completed orders.
What if a customer raises a dispute?
We mediate fairly. Insurance covers genuine garment damage; deliberate negligence may affect your rating.
Can I pause my partnership?
Yes — toggle availability off in the partner app anytime. No penalties for planned breaks.
